As a Manager or Owner it is your primary responsibility to look for ways to increase profitability and reduce costs. In the industries we service like Apartment Complexes, Laundries etc it is hot water that is usually the 2nd or 3rd highest utility expense. It is very possible that upgrading your existing water heater can greatly reduce your operating expenses and the savings can dramatically reduce the time it takes for your investment to pay itself off.

ECWS has recently completed a project that is primary example of this situation. A Luxury Hotel in Kentucky utilized (4) 20 HP Boilers to provide hot water for its 340 Rooms. The Boilers were 20 Years old and an independent engineer estimated their operating efficiency at 50-55%. ECWS’s Engineering team resized the true amount of BTU’s needed and offered a solution. (2) CW 1750 Futera Fusions at 96% Efficiency. The pictures below show the dramatic difference in size from the before and after we completed the project. The best news we received from the customer after 9 months in service, utility costs for hot water have been reduced by nearly 50%
